In 2020, Brazen established the Brazen Opportunity Fund (BOF). In short, the Fund is committed to providing underrepresented and underserved minorities connections and conversations that can further advance their careers and professional development through the use of the Brazen platform.
We set a goal to facilitate 5,000 conversations between underrepresented minorities from our partner network and employer representatives, on the Brazen platform in 2020. We hope to stretch this goal this even further in 2021.
