we haven't gotten OneTrust fully functioning on our website. I assume this is necessary?

[RG3]Yes, it is.

This would be a link to the OneTrust mechanism.

Is there a data retention policy for your website?

I dont believe so.

[RG8]We can discuss. But, I recommend having an internal data retention policy in place that limits the duration period that collected information is retained in order to reduce liability. Personal data should not be retained longer than reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which is was collected. I realize that can be tricky for marketing purposes, but it is worth a discussion.

You are required to provide two methods for submitting requests one of which must be a toll free number. There is an exception for businesses that operate exclusively online and have a direct relationship with a consumer from whom it collects personal information. This would seem to apply to Brazen, in which case Brazen only has to provide an email address and a web page. If Brazen utilizes this option, it will need to have a place on the website for submitting requests and link to that here.

okay

[RG11]Per our prior conversation, I removed the Toll-Free number. But, note the web page requirement.
